REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Brooklan Tree will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction, within 14 days from your order date.
Total value of the refund will equal the total cost of the goods purchased excluding freight.
A refund will be made by direct deposit into your nominated bank account as soon as possible upon receipt of the products you have returned.
Damaged goods must be advised by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.
RETURN OF GOODS
Goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return. Goods must be accompanied by a note explaining the reaction you experienced or reason for return.
NOTE: We will endeavour to replace or refund goods within 7-10 working days
